Delete your Tallgrass account.

On the web and in the Android app: tap your profile photo at the top of the screen (on a wide screen, your name in the side bar), scroll to the bottom, choose Delete Tallgrass account, type DELETE, and choose Permanently delete.

On iPhone: open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion starts straight away and cannot be undone.

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Tallgrass account, with the subject “Delete my Tallgrass account”. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account’s address first, so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs. We’ll confirm by email once your account is deleted.

Do not send passwords or session codes.

Your profile, discoveries, photos, videos and voice notes, original and archived media, scores and rankings, sessions, private chats, comments, likes, discovery visits, reports, blocks, challenges, group memberships, groups you own, notification tokens, pending uploads, and any free site or app request. A password account created through Tallgrass is deleted too; a separately created Badland account remains available to other Badland products. If an Apple sign-in is linked, Tallgrass asks Apple to revoke it.

Security and moderation audit records can remain where they are needed to document operator actions. Operational backups may hold earlier copies until they are rotated out; there is no fixed backup deletion period yet. Support email is kept while it is needed to answer the request or keep a necessary business record.

Delete a discovery from its page, or delete your own comments and voice notes, at any time. For anything else, email [email protected] from your account’s address and say what you want removed.
